3If you want me to build it, I will, so nothing gets lost in translation. If you’ve already got a developer, I’ll hand over organised files and stay involved to make sure it comes out as designed.
4Whoever builds it, I’ll check it against the design before launch and stick around afterwards so you feel confident with it.

I got into alternative fashion around 2010 through Bring Me The Horizon, then found Drop Dead, and I’ve loved the music, the style and the community ever since. Now I get to work with brands I grew up wearing, which still feels kinda mental.
In my spare time I go to gigs and festivals, watch films, play video games, get tattooed (I’m still not sure I enjoy that part) and spend time with my son and partner.
Design projects usually take around 3+ weeks, and design and build is 6+ weeks. The exact timeline depends on the scope and how quickly feedback and sign-off come through at each stage.
Both. I can design and build it, or design it and work alongside your developer. We’ll work out what makes sense on the first call.
If I think it’s the right answer for your project, yes. It depends on your setup and what you want from it. If you’re already on Shopify, I’ll work with your current setup.
Very. You’ll review and sign off the design before anything gets built, and I’ll keep you updated throughout. If something needs changing, we’ll work through it together rather than over a long email chain.
Your brand assets (logo, fonts, colours) and a few references. Things you like, things you don’t, and any competitors worth knowing about. I’ll send a short questionnaire to make it easy.
A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. For design and build, 25% is due when the design is signed off and the remaining 25% before the project goes live. For design-only projects, the remaining 50% is due on final handover.
Yes. Every project includes one week of free support after launch or handover to make sure everything runs smoothly. After that, I can offer hourly support or an ongoing design package depending on what you need.
